Affiliate Program Overview

Approved affiliates will receive:

• A unique affiliate code to share with customers
• 10% commission on qualifying purchases made using their code
• A 20% affiliate discount on their required starter kit
• A 20% personal-use discount on most products (excluding tables and sale items)

Affiliate Program FAQ

Do I need to purchase a starter kit?
Yes. Affiliates must purchase a starter kit within 14 days of enrollment to activate and maintain their account. Any combination of tiles, racks, and a mat placed in a single order qualifies (excludes sale items). Travel kits also qualify, provided they are not on sale. Preorder items count toward the starter kit requirement.

If a product you love is currently sold out, you’re welcome to wait to join until it becomes available. However, please note that applications are reviewed based on availability at that time, and we cannot guarantee space in the program or what the program may look like in the future.

When does my affiliate discount become active?
Your affiliate discount will be activated once your account setup is complete and all onboarding requirements have been fulfilled, including your starter kit purchase and W-9 submission. Until then, your account will remain in pending status.

Do past purchases count toward the starter kit requirement?
No. The starter kit must be purchased after enrollment using a unique starter kit code.

Do affiliates receive a discount?
Yes. Affiliates receive 20% off their starter kit purchase and a separate 20% code for most products.

How do commissions work?
Customers who use your code receive 10% off their order, and you earn 10% commission on qualifying purchases (excluding tables and sale items).

Can affiliate codes be combined with other promotions?
No. Discounts cannot be stacked and sale items are excluded.

Can I combine store credit with my affiliate discount?
No. Store credit issued from affiliate commissions may not be combined with affiliate discounts or promotional codes.

How do I use my store credit?
If you have store credit available, you can log into your affiliate dashboard and click “Use your credit.” This will generate a coupon code that you can apply at checkout. Store credit cannot be used on sale items. Store Credit must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after a purchase is completed.

Can I have both a wholesale account and an affiliate account?
No. Partners may only participate in one program at a time. If you are approved for a wholesale account, you cannot also participate in the affiliate program, and vice versa. If your business needs change, you may request to switch programs.

Can I email my W-9 to you?
No. For security and processing purposes, your W-9 must be uploaded directly into your affiliate dashboard—we’re unable to accept W-9s via email.

I’m having trouble uploading my W-9-what should I do?
If you’re having trouble uploading your W-9, please make sure you select “Yes” when asked if you are a U.S. citizen. This will prompt the next screen where you can complete the remaining information and upload your form.

If you're still having trouble, here are a few tips that usually help:
• Make sure your file is saved as a PDF or JPG
• File size must be under 2MB (2000KB)
• If the file is too large, try re-saving it as a PDF or taking a new photo
• When scanning, choose medium resolution instead of high resolution
• Use a free scanning app like Adobe Scan or CamScanner to create a smaller file
• If uploading from your phone isn’t working, try from a computer or a different browser
• Make sure the name on your W-9 matches the legal name on your affiliate account
