What do I do if I run into trouble with my table and need help?

Do you ship across the United States?
Yes we ship across the United States. Shipping varies depending on location but you will be charged a flat rate price of $500, shipping may be adjusted due to location. We ship in a sturdy wooden crate to your home to prevent damages to the table.
When will I receive my order?
Every table is special order, although we do have some models in stock to ship out immediately. Please inquire at info@bespokemahjong.com to inquire about in-stock tables. After your order and payment has been received, delivery time is approximately 8-12 weeks for our tables.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.
Can I use any tiles with your tables?
No. Our tables work with 40mm size magnetic tiles. Using different tiles will risk damage to the table.
Can I purchase one of your tabletops only and use it on my automatic mahjong table purchased from another company?
No. We do not sell tabletops to use on other brand automatic mahjong tables.
How many sets of tiles come with each table?
None, tiles are purchased separately and each table requires 2 sets of tiles.
What if I need replacement tiles?
If you have any issues with tiles, please contact us within the first 7 days of receipt. After then, tiles can be purchased by contacting us at info@bespokemahjong.com. We cannot order individual tiles, only full sets.
