Returns Policy:
Thank you for shopping with us at Bespoke Mahjong. We strive to provide high-quality products and stellar customer service.
All purchases on our tables are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, with the exception of being damaged in transport.
Bespoke Mahjong products are eligible for return or review only by the original purchaser. Warranty consideration applies only to products purchased directly from Bespoke Mahjong or an authorized partner and is non-transferable.
Products obtained through private resale, third-party transactions, or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or warranty review, as Bespoke Mahjong cannot verify product handling, storage conditions, or use after transfer of ownership.
If a product is purchased from a third party or previous owner, any concerns must be addressed directly with the seller from whom the product was purchased. Bespoke Mahjong is not responsible for transactions or representations made between private parties.
Any product concerns must be reported by the original purchaser in accordance with our return policy.
Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to deny claims for products purchased through unauthorized resale channels.
Price Adjustments: We are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment when things go on sale for items purchased within 7 days prior to the sale. The item must be part of the promotion and still be in stock. Requests must be made during the sale period. Reach out to info@bespokemahjong.com to request a price adjustment.

Product Images:
We enhance our product photos by cleaning up backgrounds and adjusting colors for web presentation, allowing us to showcase the quality and details of our items effectively.
Discount Codes:
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.
Sale Items:
All items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional discount codes will not be allowed on sale items.
Damaged Products:
We take great care in packaging our products and tables for transport, however we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during shipping, and we want to address those issues promptly. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. To assist us in resolving this issue we will need detailed information about the damage, along with supporting photos. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Lost in Transit:
In the unforeseen event that your order is lost in transit and has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer you the choice of a replacement (if available) or a refund for the lost item.
Table Warranty:
All tables are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects on manufacturers parts for a period of ninety days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to physical damage done by you to the product, damage caused by improper installation, improper or abnormal use, misuse, neglect or accident, damage caused by non-compliance with the proper maintenance of the product, and problems arising from issues other than defects in materials or workmanship. We reserve the right to determine whether our product has been damaged as a result of the foregoing limitations.
Shipping:
Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Transit time is calculated in business days.
