Bespoke Mahjong Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Affiliate Program Overview

The Bespoke Mahjong Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by promoting Bespoke Mahjong products using their unique affiliate discount code or referral link.

Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 10% commission on eligible products
• Affiliates earn 5% commission on tables
• Customers receive 10% off eligible products when using an affiliate discount code
• Commissions are paid only on eligible, completed transactions
• Commissions are not paid on wholesale orders, sale items, or gift certificates
• Commissions may vary for certain licensed or collaborative collections at Bespoke’s discretion

Bespoke reserves the right to modify commission structures, product eligibility, or program terms at any time.

Commission Tracking

Affiliate commissions are earned when a customer completes a purchase using the affiliate’s unique discount code at checkout.

• Orders must be attributed through the affiliate tracking platform at the time of purchase
• Sales cannot be retroactively credited if the code or link was not used
• The affiliate tracking platform is the final authority for commission attribution

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to review and approve all referrals before commissions are finalized.

Commission Payments

Commission Payments

Commissions are paid quarterly via PayPal or Bespoke store credit once all program requirements have been met. A minimum balance of $50 is required for payout. Balances below this amount will roll over to the following quarter.

Commissions are paid only on completed and fulfilled orders. Orders must be delivered and cleared of returns, refunds, or cancellations before commissions become eligible for payout. Transactions completed near the end of a payout period may be included in the following payout cycle.

The affiliate dashboard reflects approved commission balances and payout eligibility. Please allow a few days for referrals to be reviewed and approved before commissions appear in the affiliate wallet.

All commissions, including store credit payouts, are issued during the quarterly payout cycle.

Any commission discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of payout. After this period, commissions are considered final.

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to adjust payout policies as the program evolves.

Commission Eligibility

Affiliate commissions are not available on:

• Wholesale orders
• Sale items or promotional products
• Gift certificates
• Orders using other promotional discounts
• House of Mahjong open play, classes, tournaments, memberships, or events
• Products purchased during or in connection with these events

If an order is returned, refunded, canceled, or charged back, the associated commission will be reversed.

Affiliates may not earn commission on purchases made for their own use. This includes orders placed using the affiliate’s own email, payment method, shipping address, or household members. Any such commissions may be reversed at Bespoke Mahjong’s discretion.

Discount Code Usage

Affiliate discount codes may not be combined with store credit, promotional codes, or any other offers unless permitted by Bespoke Mahjong.

• Store credit earned from affiliate commissions and affiliate discount codes must be used separately and may not be applied to the same order
• Only one discount or credit may be used per order
• Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to determine final eligibility when multiple discounts or credits are attempted

Affiliate Starter Kit Requirement

All approved affiliates must purchase an Affiliate Starter Kit within 14 days of enrollment.

Starter Kit includes:

• One Mahjong tile set
• One Mahjong mat

Requirements:

• Must be purchased in one transaction
• Previous purchases, including orders placed using promotional or affiliate discount codes prior to affiliate enrollment, do not qualify toward the Starter Kit requirement.
• Third-party purchases do not qualify
• Must ship to the affiliate address on file

The following products do not qualify toward the Starter Kit requirement:

• Travel Kits
• Gift Certificates
• Sale Items

Starter Kit Inventory Policy:
Affiliates are responsible for checking current inventory availability before applying. If you have specific items in mind for your Affiliate Starter Kit, please ensure they are in stock prior to enrollment. Sold out items do not qualify toward the Starter Kit requirement, and prior purchases cannot be applied retroactively. If your preferred items are unavailable, we recommend waiting to apply until they return. Inventory availability is updated directly on our website, which is the best and most accurate source for current stock status. Our team is unable to provide individual restock monitoring, inventory reservations, or exceptions based on future product availability.

Affiliate codes remain active only after:

• Starter Kit purchase
• All enrollment requirements completed
• W-9 uploaded to affiliate dashboard

Product Gifting

Bespoke Mahjong does not offer free products or gifted collaborations as part of the affiliate program.

Affiliate Personal Discount

Approved affiliates receive 20% off personal purchases (excluding tables and sale items)

• May not be shared publicly
• Affiliates do not earn commission on personal purchases

• May not be used for resale or transfer to another buyer
• Products purchased using affiliate discounts are intended for personal use only
• Warranty coverage applies only to the original affiliate purchaser.

Products purchased using affiliate discounts may be considered final sale except in cases of verified manufacturing defects reported by the original purchaser.

Certain products may be excluded including automatic tables , sale items and select collaborations.

Table Purchases:
Affiliates may purchase tables and receive 10% off. Please reach out to us directly if you are interested in purchasing a table so we can assist you with the correct process and code.

If an affiliate uses their standard discount code instead of the designated table code, the order will either be refunded or adjusted, and an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. 

Affiliates may not purchase Bespoke Mahjong products for resale.

Products may not be sold on:

• Amazon
• Walmart Marketplace
• eBay
• Etsy
• Facebook Marketplace or similar online platforms

Products are intended for personal use, demonstration, or promotion only.

Product Warranty & Ownership

Bespoke Mahjong products are covered under our quality guarantee for the original purchaser only. Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Bespoke Mahjong or an authorized partner.

Products obtained through private resale, third-party transactions, or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty claims, exchanges, or replacements, as Bespoke Mahjong cannot verify handling, storage conditions, or product history after transfer of ownership.

Any quality concerns must be reported by the original purchaser within a reasonable period after delivery so they may be reviewed.

If a product is purchased from a third party or previous owner, any concerns must be addressed directly with the seller from whom the product was purchased. Bespoke Mahjong is not responsible for transactions or representations made between private parties.

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products purchased through unauthorized resale channels.

Account Type Eligibility

Affiliates may only hold one Bespoke Mahjong account type at a time. Wholesale accounts and affiliate accounts cannot be combined.

• Wholesale partners are not eligible to participate in the affiliate program
• Affiliate discounts may not be used for resale, client purchases, or business inventory
• If an affiliate chooses to move to a wholesale account, their affiliate account will be closed
• If a wholesale partner wishes to become an affiliate, their wholesale account must first be deactivated

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to determine program eligibility and account status and may convert accounts to the appropriate program if misuse is identified.

Brand Use

Affiliates may use Bespoke Mahjong brand assets only as provided.

Affiliates may not:

• Register domains containing Bespoke Mahjong
• Use trademarks in social handles or emails
• Misrepresent the brand

All usage must follow Bespoke brand guidelines.

Program Participation & Termination

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any affiliate from the program at any time.

Accounts may be removed for:
• Violation of program terms
• Misuse of brand assets
• Misleading promotion
• Inactivity
• Conduct deemed harmful to the Bespoke Mahjong brand

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions associated with violations of program policies.

Inactive Accounts

Affiliate accounts that remain inactive or fail to meet program requirements may be deactivated at Bespoke Mahjong’s discretion.

Compliance & Disclosure

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws including FTC disclosure requirements.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Bespoke Mahjong.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Bespoke Mahjong Affiliate Program, affiliates confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Program Changes

Bespoke Mahjong reserves the right to update, modify, or change the affiliate program structure, benefits, or requirements at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
